Ideas & Areas of Need:
  • Altar Server:
Children 4th Grade & above who have already received First Holy Communion
 
  • Catechism Teachers:
Volunteers who would like to teach our faith to Elementary, Junior & Senior High and Sacrament Prep Classes
 
  • Children's Liturgy of the Word:
Volunteers needed to help teach the children the Word on their own level at the 9:30am Mass
 
  • Christmas Giving Tree:
We collect presents for needy families in our community
 
  • Choirs:
Volunteers who uplift us with Music
              9:30am Folk Group           11:30am Choir          
                            5:30pm Folk/ Youth Group
               1:00pm Spanish Music Group     Cantors
 
  • Extraordinary Ministers of Communion:
Volunteers who help distribute Holy Communion at Liturgy (Must be at least 16 years of age and Confirmed.)
 
  • Evangelization Committee:
Volunteers who organize events promoting outreach and fellowship in our community
 
  • Finance Council: 
A committee of Volunteers who help the Pastor in making descisions regarding the fiscal well-being of the community.
 
  • Hispanic Society:
Volunteers who assist the Pastor in promoting traditions related to our Hispanic Community members
 
  • Lectors:
Volunteers who read the Word at our Liturgy
 
  • Legion of Mary:
Lay Catholics dedicated to the devotion of Mary & the Rosary
 
  • Liturgy Committee:
Volunteers who assist in preparing our church for Mass both in decor and planning of special occasions
 
  • Office Volunteers:
Volunteers who help us in the parish or school office from time to time with small projects
 
  • Operation Cinderella:
We collect Easter Baskets with new shoes for the Orphanage in La Gloria, Mexico
 
  • Parish Fall Festival Committee:
Volunteers who help organize one of the most beloved two-day community celebrations in our parish
 
  • Pastoral Council:
Volunteers who advise the Pastor as to the needs of the Parish Community
 
  • Secular Augustinians:
Lay Catholics who have a special devotion and call to the ministry of St. Augustine
 
  • Secular Franciscans:
Lay Catholics who have a special devotion and call  to the ministry of St. Francis
 
  • Thanksgiving Baskets:
Our Youth Collect food for needy families in our community & Volunteers distribute.
 
  • Various Dinner Committies:
Volunteers who help plan community dinners like our annual St. Patrick's Day meal
 
  • Ushers/ Greeters:
Volunteers who welcome us at Mass, take up the collection & distribute bulletins
